The Cathedral of the workers has change environment
since the industrial age took place. The facilities for the
workers has improved and the technical development has
relived the pressure on work with the body. The frame for
the workers has improved drastically.

In the area of management and leader groups are
functioning art has arrived in a great scale long time ago,
in this Cathedrals attention has been paid to emotionally
values. It is a know fact, that art in Cathedrals of the
workers improve productivity and reduce lost labour days
on sickness.

The company culture is a strong image tool, reflecting the
vision and values in the company and a hard evidence on
governance in management.
